No matter what your goals and challenges are, you have the power to reach and overcome them. But if you want to do that, you are going to need to show up to life as the best version of yourself. That includes working on your character, your personality, your values and most importantly, your heart. Whether you are an employee, a home maker (I like to call this role, Minster of Interior 🙂 ), a director or a business owner you’re going to need to be the CEO of your own life.
Adopting a creative and entrepreneurial approach to your life will allow you to thrive in the world, at the same time you’ll experience joy and a sense of fulfillment.
I use the techniques and knowledge gained during my own professional and personal journey to support individuals who find themselves lost and longing for change, as well as businesses and organizations who want to invest in their people. If this sounds like you, let’s talk!
My clients are like my extended family, they inspire me to keep mastering my craft and my skills up to date. By being their best selves and living their best lives, we all make a positive difference and contribution to the world.
Thank you for visiting my site. Now you know how I can support you, let me tell you my story. A few years ago, I was in a successful corporate communications career, I was a leader in the organisation I worked for, Â doing what I enjoyed but not what I absolutely love. In those days I channelled my love of people, connection and community through my side hustle of PR consulting for local entrepreneurs.
Then life threw me a curveball. I realized I needed to take a step back and pursue doing something for myself. I decided to go to India to study yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic living which had always been a passion of mine. Those were some of the best few months of my life, I learnt how to align my mind, heart and body.
Upon my return, I felt that my vision for my life and how I wanted to manage it, had changed. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but I knew that I wanted to embark on a journey that allowed me to serve others and teach them what I have learnt. I wanted meaningful work that made a difference to people’s personal and professional lives.
So, what does this have to do with you? Well…everything.
My journey of self-learning, self-love and serving others combined with my extensive corporate career, prompted me to become a life and business coach. I learned how to separate what I thought I “should” want from what I “really” wanted. I combined the peace and discipline I got from yoga and embraced my core attributes: self-awareness, deep listening, empathy, curiosity, a huge heart, logical mind and love of structure. My mission is to lead others to their highest potential.
